CHEF SHUFFLES — Downtown Louie's Lounge, which open a little more than a year ago, has brought on a new executive chef Mark Camaj and Chef de Cuisine Mario Gojcaj to execute a new menu. The restaurant and bar opened to quite a bit of fanfare in April 2014 after a two-year renovation. [EaterWire/Facebook]

SPRING TRACKING — Coffee and (____) is pushing back the reopening date yet again. The bakery and café is now shooting for a July debut. [Facebook]
