SOUTHFIELD — Yet another fast-casual pizza chain is moving into Metro Detroit. Pie Five Pizza plans to open in Southfield at the end of the month with an additional location opening in June. At Pie Five, customers select from crispy artisan thin, classic pan, Neapolitan whole grain thin, or gluten free crust, while choosing from seven sauces, and 28 toppings. [DBusiness]

DOWNTOWN — Which Which sandwich shop will debut another location on the first floor of the Penobscot Building. The company was founded by a Metro Detroit native, Jeff Sinelli, and features special ordering system where customers build their own sandwiches by writing on pre-printed bags. [Crain's]
