Royal Oak’s forthcoming tapas restaurant La Dulce will debut by the end of the month. Co-owner Luis Negrete-Escobedo says he expects the restaurant to begin soft openings next week. In the meantime, Negrete-Escobedo offers a preview of the eatery’s tapas menu, which features soups, Spanish tortillas (think frittata), octopus, lobster, churros, and more. According to a recent jobs post, La Dulce is still hiring.
