RUMORMONGERING — Eater stopped by Chartreuse Kitchen & Cocktails today where the restaurant appeared to be setting up for service (maybe a soft opening or training). REOPENING REPORT — The Beach Bar and Grille officially reopened at Campus Martius today. The restaurant is open seven days a week downtown in the park with three different types of bao tacos to choose from, mixed drinks, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
