New Microdistillery for Wyandotte; Interior Demolition Begins at Mabel Gray Diner Site

HAZEL PARK — The teardown at the site of James Rigato's new restaurant Mabel Gray began today. Yesterday there were red and white vinyl seats tables and a red bar, today walls have been torn down, booths removed, and the bar is history.

MIDTOWN — Work on the Treat Dreams second location commenced today at 4:24 a.m. Scott Moloney revealed in March that he hopes to get the ice cream shop up and running by the end of this month.

SOUTHWEST — Inside La Noria is making slow but steady progress, with new structures added to the West-facing wall. The restaurant also completed much of its exterior brick work.

MILWAUKEE JUNCTION — Bucharest finally confirmed the new location that everyone's known about for months and received a lot of positive feedback from fans. In the comments, the owners say they're looking at opportunities to open other locations.

WYANDOTTE — A former nightclub is being transformed into a microdistillery, reports the News-Herald. Lost Lake Distillery is scheduled to open in late summer with a nautical-themed tasting room decorated with reclaimed wood.
