New World Market Cafe Served Eviction Notice

Not much has changed inside the Ferndale Center Building's corner suite slated to house New World Market Café since signs appeared in the windows last September. Now, the landlord Laurence Wolf Properties has filed with the 43^rd District Court to have renter Ukpai Ukpai evicted, according to a noticed posted March 30 to the suite's Woodward-facing window. The renter could not be reached for comment.
