CASS CORRIDOR — Take a retrospective look at the old Chinatown storefronts that will soon house 8 Degrees Plato and Iconic Tattoo. Tickets are on sale now for Plato's collaboration beer release with Greenbush Brewery.

OLD REDFORD — Meijer hasn't sent out a save-the-date yet, but the superstore's west-side sequel is on track to open sometime this summer.

DOWNTOWN — McIntosh Poris released renderings for the Foundation Hotel, coming soon to the old Detroit Fire Department headquarters.

BOSTON-EDISON — Pick up a swanky tudor circa 1924 for $221,500. It comes equipped with a basement wet bar, high-efficiency furnaces, central air, newer windows, and a home security system.
