Revolver will host chef Brendon Edwards at 7 p.m. on May 1. Edwards, who left Antietam in July, is rumored to be working on a new project with bartender Joe Robinson and the Revolver release today confirms it. Edwards is "ready to make his next move, a soon-to-be-announced Detroit project that's destined to become the city's Standby location for Progressive American dining and craft cocktail service." The dinner features five courses including scallop tartar, sturgeon wrapped in crisp chicken skin, taleggio custard with spring pea and truffle, Moroccan steak with tabouleh cous cous, and bourbon pineapple upside down cake. Tickets are $55.
