Canton Brew Works, will open its doors to the public April 25 between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. Owner Barry Boggs tells Eater the company will have a pale ale, double IPA, IPA, brown stout, American brown ale, and a coffee brown ale on tap at the opening. The company also as a pumpkin peach saison (presumably a subtle jab at Budweiser's tone-deaf advertising) and a tamarind spice American pale ale in the works. The suburban nanobrewery features a three-barrel system with a 93 gallon capacity. The taproom is expected to seat 48 people.
