Bon Bon Bon's second location swings open at 11 a.m. today with more than 50 flavors of chocolate bons. While the 400-square-foot shop doesn't offer any kitchen space, customers will finally be able to enjoy the shop's creations six days a week. Located on the Fort Street side of Chrysler House, the tiny retail suite is simplified with display cases, decoratively hung box material, and a table for wrapping up customer's chocolates. Chocolatier Alexandra Clark's spring collection features flavors like grass made with lemongrass white chocolate ganache, hemp seeds, and wheatgrass sugar, but the shop also offers classics including the Hamtramck-inspired paczki and the hot mess.
