Here's a new cure for your weekend hangover. Midtown's 3rd Street Bar is now host to a brunch pop-up aptly titled Inside 3rd. Soft openings began a little over three weeks ago, but a few local blogs are already giving it a thumbs up.
The menu is extensive, featuring three different types of eggs benedict, burgers, omelets, sandwiches and salads, as wells as comfort foods like french toast made with thick-cut challah, biscuits and gravy, and pancakes. One blogger highly recommends the homemade pop tarts. Coffee, mimosas, and Bloody Marys are available, along with nearly anything else 3rd Street's full bar can muster. Inside 3rd is open Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
