An Updated Brick Facade for La Noria; Central Kitchen + Bar Receives a Construction Wrap

CANTON — The Detroit Free Press offers a few more details on Black Rock's Canton location. The owners tell the paper that the restaurant could open by mid-August depending on how quickly they can complete the "massive renovation." The new Black Rock will be located in the 10,000-square-foot Roman Forum Restaurant space and will seat 430 diners. The plans also include patio seating and a fire pit. In addition to the bar and grill, Canton is receiving a new drive-through Panera.

DOWNTOWN — The construction wrap is up in front of Central Kitchen + Bar, which officially makes it impossible to see inside the restaurant. Fairway Packing also helped create the restaurant's "signature ground beef blend."

SOUTHWEST — As Norberto Garita promised, the future home of La Noria is receiving a new redbrick façade upgrade.
