Opening Alert: Bozii’s Hand Pies Pop Up in RenCen

Serving up the bastard kin of the pasty and the Hot Pocket, bozii opened its first Detroit location today inside the Renaissance Center food court, according to a company release. Boziis (pronounced bo-zees) are warm, bready pockets filled with everything from quiche to crab cake to cookie dough. The restaurant also offers salads, smoothies, and coffee from Great Lakes Coffee Roasting Company. The RenCen location is open Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
