CROWDSOURCING — As if a roaming coffee trailer wasn't enough, another group, Tomo Coffee Co., is trying to Kickstart its own cold brew coffee bicycle café. The Kickstarter will fund a specially designed Tomo Coffee bike complete with a keg system and taps. [Kickstarter]

DEVELOPMENTS — Developers are including ground-floor restaurant spaces in the plans for two forthcoming apartment buildings in the downtown Detroit area. The first is a five-story building located in Brush park on the corner of Erskine and Woodward. The second building project received city council approval last night and will feature mid-rise, mixed-use apartments. The structure replaces the Statler Hotel on the Corner of Washington Boulevard and Park Avenue near Grand Circus Park. [Freep/DBiz]

COMING ATTRACTIONS — Anticipated Midtown restaurant Chartreuse Kitchen & Cocktails is nearing opening day. The owners estimate the 100-seat restaurant will debut at the end of April. [Crain's]
