NOODL Returns with Fra Diavolo; RE BBQ at POP

BRUSH PARK — Steven Reaume's next rendition of the popular NOODL pop-up is Fra Diavolo. The Dinner features four types of fusilli in spicy sauces and an Alleppo chili brownie with ginger ice cream and candied pecans for dessert. Tickets are $50 which includes red and white wine, a $5 donation to Detroit Sound Conservancy and Hotter Than July, as well as a ticket to :FUNDAMENT.

DOWNTOWN — Nothing says spring like barbecue. Ferndale's roaming barbecue stand, Rogue Estate is paying a visit to POP in the Checker Bar on March 25 with their signature wood-smoked meat and sides. Make sure to check out the BBQ bahn mi, a new special from Rogue Estate featuring pulled pork on a Saigon Market bahn mi roll with mayo, pickled veggies, jalapenos, cilantro, and dragon sauce. Eat it with a side of dragon kimchi slaw.

CORKTOWN — Dr. Sushi returns to St. CeCe's at 6 p.m. on March 31 for an evening of small plates, Izakaya fare, sustainable sushi, and street food. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available. Large groups should contact the Doc ahead of time and don't forget to bring cash.

WEST BLOOMFIELD — The Lark will host a Spanish & Portuguese Dinner with seatings on March 30 and March 31. The menu features a variety of tapas as well as lobster, turbot filet, and veal, and more. Tickets are $95.
