Kuzzo’s Plans Sun-Soaked Patio Seating for Summer

The temperatures in Metro Detroit are supposed to hit 65 degrees today, which means spring is nearly here. With it will come a new project at Kuzzo's Chicken & Waffles on Livernois: a spankin' new sun-soaked patio. Owner Ron Bartell told Eater in January that a patio expansion might be in the restaurant's future but Kuzzo's made it official in a recent post to Instagram, featuring some very rough drawings of the space. The company appears to be planning a Spring/Summer construction.

The restaurant celebrated their Grand Opening earlier this month and now offers regular hours. Stay tuned for more details on the expansion and in the meantime, tell us where your favorite patios are in Metro Detroit in the Open Thread.
