Two James fans are in luck. The tasting room has finally found a replacement for Katoi, whose partners left in January to open a new restaurant across the street. Chef Omar Anani of The Twisted Mitten food truck (formerly Qais) is now serving his farm-to-table menu six days per week (Tuesday through Sunday) at the distillery. Anani's fare is halal and highlights local ingredients and products such as The Brinery's sriracha and New Yasmeen Bakery's pitas.
