"Detroit is probably not the first place you think of when it comes to great food," says Zagat editor Kelly Dobkin in a new video. Dobkin sets out to profile Detroit's culinary flavors and visit some of the classic Detroit restaurant's from her childhood — Buddy's Pizza and American Coney Island — in a new video. This postcard to "Detroit's culinary cult classics" features interviews with Lucy Carnaghi (Rose's Fine Food), Michael Jackman (Metro Times), Jacques Driscoll (Johnny Noodle King), Joel Tiechman (M-Brew), and Aaron Cozadd (Vinsetta Garage).
