It's been many moons since Batch Brewing set out on a journey to open Detroit's first nano brewery. This Thursday the company's doors will officially swing open. "Praise the Gods. The day has finally arrived!" the company says in a post today via Facebook.
The opening will take place from 4 p.m. to midnight and feature eight different beers: the Vienna Mild Empire Pale Ale, Nearly Noble IPA, Obscure Reference Imperial Stout, Wheated Kolsch, Way 2 Biggie, Black IPA, and Dead Irish Writers (Dry Stout). The event will feature food and DJ set by Dan Austin.
