Sister Pie is in the last 10 hours of their 24-hour fundraising event, representing the bakery's final push to opening day. Founder Lisa Ludwinski is attempting to open her brick-and-mortar location by Spring. Friends, neighbors, and fans of the venture turned out Friday evening for the 9 p.m. kick-off at Paramita Sound. Throughout the event, organizers are keeping track of total donations to the Indiegogo campaign on a blackboard. Saturday morning participants feasted on fresh baked goods. The event and campaign concludes tonight at 9 p.m.
