February 2: Those willing to brave the snow can find chef Brad Greenhill (of soon-to-open Katoi restaurant) tonight at Revolver. The 5-course menu features savory items like Panang pot pie and a sweet and savory salt & pepper ice cream for dessert.
February 5: Chef Arthur Harris is taking his turn at POP in the Checker Bar. The event, sparsely titled "Chops," features lamb chops, ground buffalo dirty rice, honey glazed carrots, and chocolate mousse with strawberries and Calder's whipped cream.
February 6-7: Support a bakery build-out in the West Village at Sister Pie's 24 Hour #DANCEBREAK-A-THON at Paramita Sound. There will be cookies, live music, and dancing. Secure a ticket with a $5+ donation to their Indiegogo campaign or $10 donation at the door.
