Pop-Up Wire — Before opening Rochester Tap Room, chef Travis Waynick (former executive chef for Matt Prentice Restaurant Group and Andiamo Restaurant Group) is joining YumVillage for a five-course pop-up dinner. The event is on Thursday, February 26, at 8 p.m., at Addison Eatery. Tickets (available online) are one for $60 and two for $100. Courses include hard cider pork belly and harissa-roasted duck.
