POP-UP — Chef at-large and creator of forthcoming restaurant Lady of the House, Kate Williams, is kicking off her national pop-up series promoting urban agriculture and reduction of food waste (using the hashtags #chefsuglyfood #eatuglyfood #uglyfood) on December 13 at New York's Traffic Tide. The eight-course menu features Michigan cheese, stewed oxtail pie, lamb tartare, and more with a wine pairing for $115.
