CASS CORRIDOR — Forthcoming Asian-influenced eatery The Peterboro is now targeting a January opening. While awaiting the full-fledged restaurant experience, diners can check out chef Brion Wong's five-course collaboration with Dine Drink Detroit, We Crave Detroit, and YumVillage on December 5.
