A little over a week after hotly anticipated Italian restaurant La Rondinella soft opened to the public, it seems Dave Mancini has temporarily closed its doors due to oversights in paperwork and inspections with the city's Buildings, Safety Engineering & Environmental department. "It's more my oversight than theirs. They're working with me and being more than accommodating," the owner tells The Detroit Free Press. "All I can say is that I'm spending every waking moment trying to get this done as soon as possible."
