Zingerman’s Empire Bringing Korean Restaurant Concept to Ann Arbor

The ever-expanding Zingerman's brand has a new Korean concept in the works. MLive reports that the company is backing longtime San Street Food associate Ji Hye Kim in a new brick-and-mortar restaurant next to Kerrytown Market and Shops in Ann Arbor. The unnamed eatery is slated for a 2,000-square-foot space currently occupied by Zingerman's Events on Fourth. Construction on the full-service, sit-down restaurant will begin April 1. Kim intends to open by June, barring delays.
