Inside the Huron Room, Mexicantown's Great Lakes-Inspired Eatery

The restaurant is set to open November 16.

Jacques Driscoll and chef Les Molnar — the duo behind Green Dot Stables and Johnny Noodle King — are putting the finishing touches on their latest project, Huron Room. Located in the same building as Our/Detroit, the restaurant recently began friends and family soft-openings. Photographers Michelle and Chris Gerard got a first-look at this new addition. The venue features plenty nautical details, from a neon fish to lake maps and boat murals. Driscoll tells Eater the restaurant is slated to debut on November 16.
