Downtown Detroit's 40-story Cadillac Tower is already receiving some key improvements to its first floor lobby, but the owners aren't stopping there. Crain's reports that Capital Invest Alliance is exploring the idea of turning the upper floors into a boutique hotel and — like many other developers in the area — considering filling some of that prime skyscraper space with a restaurant.
