FERNDALE — Plant-based restaurant GreenSpace Café is beginning private friends and family previews this week, a rep tells Eater. The café will likely host several pop-up openings before debuting to the public in early December. While there's still no exact date for the restaurant yet, DROUGHT is slated to soft-open its in-house juice bar on November 16. [EaterWire]

DOWNTOWN — Dilla's Delights is making slow but steady progress towards brick-and-mortar. The doughnut shop received some lighting this week, but still requires more plumbing and electrical work, as well as a counter, according to partner Michael Vanover. [EaterWire]

CASS CORRIDOR — Asian-inspired restaurant The Peterboro is beginning to host previews and recently shared some photos of the unfinished interior. Plumbing and HVAC appear to be finished. [EaterWire]
