Eastern Market food and entertainment complex Bert's has sold once again. The building first hit the online auction block in July fetching nearly $2 million, but the buyer failed to close the deal. Crain's reports that the venue went for a slightly higher bid today, though still coming in around the $2 million mark. Bert's Marketplace owner Bert Dearing's lease on the building expires in February 2017. Meanwhile, Dearing's other property Bert's On Broadway appears to have been resurrected as the 1315 Broadway club.
