Midtown's forthcoming Pho Lucky is aiming for a November 9 debut, owner Cong Nguyen confirms to Eater. The restaurant known for its giant bowls of pho recently signed a lease with Midtown Detroit Inc. to take over the former Addison Eatery space on Woodward Avenue. This will be Pho Lucky's fourth location and first in the downtown corridor. It will feature all of the restaurant's traditional items as well as a full liquor license. Nguyen says he's waiting on his liquor license transfer, but will open license or not next month.
