Dearborn's latest addition Brome Burgers & Shakes opened Friday on Michigan Avenue. The 3,700-square-foot restaurant features some intriguing interior wall foliage, white subway tile, and a mixture of booths, bar seating, and tables. As the name implies diners can expect organic, grass-fed beef burgers as well as a variety of other patty options including chicken, fish, and house veggie. The menu also features hot dogs, shakes, and sides like hand-cut fries and tater tots. Founder Sam Abbas has a background in investing and already opened two franchise froyo concepts this fall in Brighton and Dearborn.
Brome Burgers & Shakes opens daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
