Clawson’s Woodpile BBQ Shack Swings Open for Carry-Out Tonight

Brisket, jalapeno cheddar sausage, and pork sandwiches.

The build-out on Clawson's Woodpile BBQ Shack is nearly complete and is ready to start carry-out service tonight from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., co-owner Scott Moloney tells Eater. The restaurant, headed by pitmaster Steve "Bubba" Coddington, is offering a selection of  ‘cue including brisket, quartered barbecue chicken, and sides like mac & cheese and honey mustard slaw.
