Just Baked is Shutting Down an Undisclosed Number of Bakeries in 2015

Just Baked, a Michigan cupcake bakery chain, is planning to close an undisclosed number of stores, according to WXYZ. In August, the bakery company said it was giving up on franchises and grocery stores to refocus efforts on mall kiosks.

The cupcake chain, founded in Livonia in 2009, has stores throughout Michigan and Ohio. In 2011, the company announced a major three-year expansion into new markets according to WXYZ.
