We asked reader's to share the shuttered Detroit restaurants that make them nostalgic. Here's what they said.

For every restaurant that makes it, there are probably five more that peter out. According one study of restaurants in Columbus, Ohio, approximately one in four restaurants will shutter or change ownership within their first year, and approximately 60 percent will do the same within three years of opening.

Eater asked you, to tell us which restaurants of the past get you most nostalgic. We received a ton of great feedback in the forums, as well as on Facebook and Twitter. Below, in no particular order, are the restaurants you missed.
