Katoi Food Truck may be closed for winter, but chef Brad Greenhill will be cooking up a 5-course dinner January 30 at Revolver. Greenhill's popup was originally only scheduled for January 31, but the seatings sold-out in less than 24-hours encouraging the restaurant to invite him back for a second night.
Tickets are $50 and vegetarian options are available. The courses include grilled pork toro, roasted beets with coconut yogurt parfait, crispy rice salad, Panang pot pie, and salt and pepper ice cream for dessert.
The restaurant has a few other dinners coming up including a vegetarian meal by Alison Heeres, cofounder of The Next Urban Chef, and a Valentine's Day pop-up with Top Chef's Rebecca LaMalfa.
