January 25: Help Birmingham's EliTea celebrate its one-month anniversary at the tea bar's Grand Opening this Sunday. February 4: Cruising into next month, Cork Wine Pub in Pleasant Ridge is hosting the fifth addition of the collaborative Seasoned Chefs Dinner Series. The series' original crew will be there, including Chris Johnson (The Meeting House), Ben Meyer (Iridescence), Jeff Rose (C.A.Y.A. Smokehouse Grill), Alan Merhar (Evans Street Station), Eric Voigt (Big Rock Chophouse, The Reserve), and Jay Gundy (Cork Restaurant). However, the event also features chef Myles McVay of Toast Birmingham and sommelier Michael Korn of Woodberry Wine. Tickets for the 7-course meal run $110.
