Kuzzo's Chicken & Waffles Announces Soft Opening Date

One of Detroit's most anticipated winter openings, Kuzzo's Chicken & Waffles, has set the date for its soft opening. Barring major complications that seem to mar every restaurant opening in this town, Kuzzo's will debut January 27 according to the company's Instagram. During the first few weeks, the restaurant will be open 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday. Last week, the restaurant began seeking applications for staff.
