Steve's Soul Food shuttered a few years back following a fire, but Deadline Detroit reports that the restaurant owners have reopened their original Grand River location.

Owner Steve Radden, a former Detroit cop, said he concentrated for a while on his other location at 1440 Franklin Street in Detroit before deciding re-open on Grand River.
Radden tells Deadline Detroit he plans to open a third restaurant this fall on Outer Drive and 7 Mile.
