Midtown: Things seem to be coming along nicely at Chartreuse Kitchen & Cocktails. A peek through one of the butcher paper-less windows at their 15 E. Kirby location revealed yellow and green walls and a bold, hand-painted, floral pattern (the restaurant offers a closer look here).

Dearborn: Dearborn Brewing is fielding so many questions about the current state of their project that they launched an FAQ page. The company now says they're aiming for a winter/spring 2015 opening.

Corktown: Katoi, the Thai street food purveyor and resident food truck at Two James, will be vacating the distillery in two weeks to focus full-time on opening their brick-and-mortar location down the street. "It's official—this is our last week at Two James. Katoi the truck is shutting down to make way for Katoi the Restaurant. Hurry up and taste the Khao Soi before it's gone!"
