Bloomberg sent a vegetarian reporter to Moo Cluck Moo and had her explore how this Metro Detroit fast food joint manages to make a Wagyu burger for less than a Big Mac, while still paying employees $15 an hour. It seems their model is actually pretty straight forward: cut down on employee turnover with higher wages, spend less on training, cut down on waste, and, for the business owner, cut back on personal profits.
