Detroit-Style Pizza Hits the Spot with Chowtzer Judges

Detroit's own Buddy's Pizza was recently dubbed Chowtser's Tastiest Pizza in North America 2015 at last weekend's Tastiest Fast Feasts awards in New Orleans.

"With all eyes on Detroit for the North American International Auto Show this week, we were surprised and so proud to hear our Detroit style pies were gaining recognition in New Orleans, a place known as much for its food as we are for our cars," says Wesley Pikula, vice president for the restaurant chain.

The Hungry Dudes Joe Hakim traveled south to retrieve the award. "Congrats to the entire Buddy's team," says Hakim via Facebook.
