UPDATED: The Oprah Winfrey Network Is Filming Local Bakers

UPDATE: Chloé Sabatier of Chez Chloé told Eater Detroit that Oprah will be in town next weekend (for the "The Life You Want" tour at The Palace of Auburn Hills) and that the footage will be shown at the event.

There has been a bit of a buzz in the Detroit baking community over the past few days, as the Oprah Winfrey Network has sent a film crew into some of the city's kitchens. Chez Chloé participated, posting the above picture to Facebook and saying, "We have been filming for The Oprah Winfrey Network this morning! Thank you FoodLab Detroit and Detroit Kitchen Connect for having us there". Good Cakes And Bakes on the Avenue of Fashion was also filmed, sharing their own photo and caption: "Welcome OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network to our city and our shop!!"
