The Whitney has announced the addition of pastry chef Eric Bunge. Chef Bunge has 25 years in the pastry field and is the former owner of Fox & Hounds Pastry Den in West Bloomfield.
When asked about staffing changes, David Duey, Director of Operations at The Whitney, voiced his confidence in Bunge and the partnership being the right fit for the historic restaurant. Housed in Detroit's most iconic mansion, The Whitney is known for their elegant American cuisine, expansive wine cellar, and first-rate Sunday brunch.
