PALMER PARK— After years on the market the 10,000 square foot Van Dusen mansion finally sold for $739,900. The home was built in 1922 for Charles Van Dusen, then the president of S.S. Kresge.
WAYNE STATE CAMPUS— After killing off a small building, Wayne State University now has a giant empty lot off of Woodward Ave. Seems like a development opportunity.
