CAPITOL PARK Renovations at the Capitol Park building are just starting, but a whole wall of crumbling bricks has been wiped out. The building will have 63 apartments once renovated into the Capitol Park lofts.

PALMER PARK After years on the market the 10,000 square foot Van Dusen mansion finally sold for $739,900. The home was built in 1922 for Charles Van Dusen, then the president of S.S. Kresge.

WAYNE STATE CAMPUS After killing off a small building, Wayne State University now has a giant empty lot off of Woodward Ave. Seems like a development opportunity.
