Well that's a wrap, kiddies. The end of summer is fast approaching. And with that, our days of summertime bar-b-q are numbered. For those who haven't tried the uniquely Nigerian taste of Tunde Wey's (also of Hamtramck's Revolver and Goldfinch American) Lagos Restaurant, there's still a chance before we bid the season adieu.
If Wey's first bar-b-q pop-up in May, which attracted plenty of excitement in the food scene is any indication, tickets for the Aug.16 seatings will be gone before we know it. He promises that "the food is spicy and the music is raunchy."
There's a 6:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. seating. Guests can purchase their tickets on the official Lagos website, and select between beef or fish as their protein main course.
