Chef at Mercury Bar, Ottava Via to Cook at Iridescence

The Culinary Guild of Detroit is at it again Aug. 17 at Iridescence, this time featuring chef Ariel Millan of Mercury Burger bar and Ottava Via, who will team up with Iridescence chef Benjamin Meyer. The Culinary Guild kicked off its first event in July, with Les Molnar (Green Dot Stables and Johnny Noodle King).

Tickets are $50 a person for a four-course meal. Seating is at 5 p.m. and 5:30 and 7:30 and 8 p.m. Call 313-237-6732 for reservations.
