Five-night dinner series Savor Detroit, featuring celebrated chefs from the metro area, starts soon. The event kicks off on October 6 with chefs Daniele Dell'Acqua of The Silver Spoon and Garrett Lipar of Torino. Four-course dinners will begin each evening at 6 p.m. with a cocktail hour; tickets start at $125.00 and a portion of proceeds benefits Gleaners Community Food Bank. [Savor]
