Beloved bagel shop Detroit Institute of Bagels has been called a "must stop" in a recent article on Martha Stewart's website. Writer Lucinda Scala Quinn stopped by recently on a trip through the city, and she was blown away by the local bagels. She says she "was ill prepared for a knocked-out-of-the park bagel" and describes the Lew Silver breakfast sandwich as "mouthwatering".
