Batch Brewing Company, Detroit's first nano brewery, and owner Stephen Roginson are the focus of new Mashable video series, Setting Up Shop. In the first episode Roginson talks about Hatch, the reason he's starting the business, and the extensive rehabilitation of their building. They have to open by October 1st or lose their grant money from Hatch, which means that the pressure is on and setbacks could be catastrophic.
